What is a life coach?
A Life Coach is a trained, experienced, and certified professional with tools and strategies to guide you through your personal development journey to improve your life. Some of the things I have assisted my client with include overcoming abandonment, cutting attachment, setting boundaries, improving confidence, enhancing emotional health and wellbeing – and heaps more!
A life coach partners with you and helps to find answers to your questions, closure to unresolved issues and offers the support you need to make your own decisions in moving forward from where you are today. I walk you through the process of becoming the best possible version of yourself as we map out a journey to a better you. It’s an inside job that requires taking an honest look at: yourself, your beliefs, your values, what you’ve created in your life so far, and what you want to create in your future.
Life coaching is positive and forward-moving
Life coaching is for people who are already functional and want more from their lives, relationships and careers. One of the defining differences between life coaching and traditional therapies is that life coaching picks up where therapy leaves off. That means life coaching takes people that are doing OK and helps them achieve their full potential and feel great!

Life coaching looks at where you are today and how you can get to where you want to go tomorrow in the most efficient way! If you are looking for fast (and sometimes daring) changes, life coaching may be suitable for you.
What can you expect?
Life coaching is very positive, proactive and practical: it focuses on actions and outcomes, with an emphasis on accountability and follow-through. As your life coach, I am responsible for the process – but as the client, you are responsible for the outcomes and results. After each appointment, you will leave with action-steps to take you to the next level before our next appointment. These steps can be challenging, however perseverance will pay off and the overall process builds confidence, self-esteem, self-worth and enhances satisfaction, particularly when outcomes are successful.
If you choose to work with a life coach, it’s important that you are fully present during each appointment. To help this process, eliminate distractions before each session. As a reminder, Sarah offers a check-in at each appointment.
