SARAH J WEBB – BUSINESS COACHING AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes a contract between us. You should read it carefully and raise any questions or concerns before you agree to it and book an appointment with Sarah J Webb.
The services provided are coaching or tele-coaching as provided with you, as the client. During our Business Coaching appointments, we will jointly agree upon topics you wish to work, and goals you wish to set up for yourself. While Business Coaching is generally beneficial, there are no guarantees of how you will experience it. It is important that you openly discuss any dissatisfaction or concerns as they arise so we can make the necessary adjustments in meeting your goals.
The focus of coaching is development and implementation of strategies to reach client-identified goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. Coaching may address business-related issues as well as specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in the client’s life. Please note: coaching does not diagnose or treat mental and nervous disorders.
It’s important that you know what business coaching is before we commence our sessions.
Sarah J Webb prides herself on operating with clients as fairly as she can in all situations. She also maintains a strict code of ethics at an exceptionally high standard to ensure you get the most out of your appointment, in a comfortable and secure environment.
APPOINTMENTS, HOURS AND LOCATION
Individual appointments are approximately 45-60 minutes, and can be scheduled by making an appointment online or contacting me directly via email. Appointments can be conducted on the telephone, via Skype and in some cases, at a mutually agreed location.
Appointments will not be confirmed until payment is received. Money transfer and confirmation must occur at least 24 hours before the proposed appointment time. It is the client’s responsibility to initiate a tele-coaching or Skype appointment on time. If a client does not attend a call within 20 minutes of the start of the appointment, the appointment is cancelled and the cancellation policy applies for a cancellation within 48-hours unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. We will reschedule to a mutually acceptable time. Emergencies will be dealt with as they arise. Forgetting or missing an appointment or call is not an emergency. Missed appointments or non-emergency cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at the normal rate.
Sarah J Webb reserves the right to cancel a coaching appointment at any time and where possible will give at least 24 hours notice. Where an appointment is cancelled mid-appointment due to necessity or referral, Sarah J Webb may offer a partial refund.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Sarah J Webb business coaching support registration is refundable, subject to a $25 administration fee. In the event a client who has booked a package ceases coaching before the end of the cycle, the client will receive a pro-rated refund. The administration fee and any other administration fees for the transfer will also apply.
Sarah J Webb understands technology doesn’t always work the way we want it to. In the event an appointment is cancelled due to technological difficulties, an email notification must be received at least 12 hours before the call. The client will have the following options:
1. Reschedule with a full credit
2. Receive a partial refund (a $25 administration fee applies)
If email notification is not received, the cancellation policy applies for a client cancelling within 24 hours.
EMERGENCY ACCESS and TELEPHONE CALLS
Lengthy telephone calls will be subject to regular appointment consultations and may be pro-rated and billed at my standard hourly rate for professional service. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call emergency or go to a hospital emergency room.
Sarah J Webb recognises that anything the client shares is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. Sarah J Webb undertakes not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares during an appointment.
Sarah J Webb will maintain a client record on your case, which is the property of Sarah J Webb. In specific situations, Sarah J Webb may be required to disclose information without your consent or authorization to authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, situations in which a client appears to be at risk to himself, herself or others, if abuse or neglect is suspected, and if there are court orders or subpoenas for Sarah J Webb to disclose information. These situations are unusual in coaching situations, and if it does arise Sarah J Webb will make every effort to notify you prior to taking the protective action. Unless otherwise indicated by a court order, if the client is a minor, both parents have the right to access of the minor’s records. If a client files a complaint or lawsuit against Sarah J Webb, the records will be shared openly.
It is impossible to protect the confidentiality of information that is transmitted electronically. This is particularly true of e-mail and information stored on computers. If you wish to share any confidential information with Sarah J Webb please do it during your session time.
Fees for coaching telephone and Skype appointments are to be made through PayPal prior to each meeting. Face to face appointments may either be paid through PayPal in advance or in person at the time of the appointment. In either case, a receipt will be provided for your records.
Sarah J Webb reserves the right to collect any unpaid balance and may use a collection agency or take legal action to secure payment, as authorized by state or federal law, and the collections action will become a part of your credit record.
Packages expire within the specified period:
The REGULAR package expires one month from purchase date
The PREMIUM package expires three months from purchase date
The ULTIMATE package expires six months from purchase date.
All appointments must be booked and held before the expiry date. The maximum time you have to book all your appointments is one year by negotiation only, or in the case of a voucher.
There are no refunds offered for expired appointments.
Prices are in Australian Dollars.
The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. Coaching results are not guaranteed. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Honesty is essential during the appointments in order for clients to maximise their coaching experience. Positive feelings may be a natural result of an appointment, but the primary focus is on creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in one’s business.
Where a client requires emergency mental health assistance or assistance outside of my skillset, coaching appointments will be ceased immediately.
Coaching appointments are currently available via Skype or telephone only. Please ensure you have access to these options before booking as the client initiates all calls.
